A fire-breathing dragon is pierced by the lance of an armored knight on horseback… Inspired by folk tales like Saint George & the Dragon, Arthurian legend, and the mythological quests of archetypal heroes and monsters, this psychedelic medieval fantasy art piece also loudly hearkens to the more recent days of yore of the 1970s and 1980s.

These retro blacklight posters were screen-printed using 5 base UV-responsive neon inks (black, red, pink, blue, yellow) and can be made extra-dimensionally luminescent by displaying them under a black light (See photos).

The illustration was drawn freehand by Gabriel Danilchik in 2025, first by pencil sketch, then refined using a stylus & tablet with Procreate.
